We are Hiring for "International Voice Process - Technical Support" position Role: International Voice Process ( Technical Support ) Experience: 0 - 1+ Years Qualification: Inter/ Graduate Salary:- Up to 4.0 LPA Shifts: - 5 Days Work Night Shifts Location: Uppal, Hyderabad 2 Way Cab is Provided Skills: Troubleshooting Voice Process Experience Technical Support Experience is preferred Roles and Responsibilities: To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution. Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.
