Odoo Functional Consultant /Odoo Inventory Management Champion

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant /Odoo Inventory Management Champion to join our team in Hyderabad. In this critical role, you will be the frontline enabler, responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and day-to-day functionality of Odoo's inventory module. You will play a key part in supporting post-implementation hypercare, monitoring system usage, resolving end-user issues, identifying process inefficiencies, and ultimately ensuring the system delivers measurable productivity improvements across our SBUs. Key Responsibilities: Post-Implementation Hypercare Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all inventory-related Odoo queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed support records. System Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor data integrity, identify usage gaps, and recommend/implement configuration tweaks for optimal performance. Training & Change Management: Conduct regular training sessions, create user documentation, and champion a culture of digital adoption. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key inventory KPIs, prepare regular dashboards, and collaborate with business heads to drive data-driven decisions. Process Improvement: Work closely with functional teams to understand pain points and recommend digital solutions within Odoo, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, IT, or a related field. 36 years of experience in inventory management, ERP implementation/support, or digital operations. Prior hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse processes, and procurement cycles. Proven experience in managing change and training users in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
