We're Hiring | Mines Planning Manager Are you a mining professional with expertise in mine planning, technical documentation, drafting, and statutory compliance ? We're looking for experienced candidates who can drive efficient mine planning while ensuring compliance with mining regulations and operational excellence. Preference for candidates with Rock Phosphate and other large mechanized opencast mining experience. Key Skills Mine Planning (Short, Medium & Long-Term) Technical Documentation & Report Drafting Mining Plan Preparation & Statutory Submissions Knowledge of MCDR, MMDR, IBM & DGMS Regulations Production Planning & Scheduling Grade Control & Quality Management Cost Optimization & Resource Planning SURPAC or equivalent Mine Planning Software SAP/MIS Reporting & Performance Analysis Coordination with Geology, Survey, Production & Regulatory Authorities Ideal Candidate Strong planning and analytical skills Excellent drafting and documentation capabilities Thorough understanding of mining rules, regulations, and statutory compliance Leadership and team coordination skills Strong communication and reporting abilities If you're ready to contribute your expertise in mine planning, documentation, drafting, and mining compliance , we'd love to hear from you.
