About the role
Quality Assurance Agentic AI & Chat (Sierra ) Job Location - Bangalore. 3 days from the office and location is Manyata Tech Park. We are seeking immediate or early joiners. Experience - 6-8+ years Type- Contract / Full - Time Mode - Hybrid Quality Assurance Agentic AI & Chat (Sierra) Deliver quality assurance across Sierra (agentic AI chatbot) and the Service Cloud chat channel Focus areas: Functional, regression, and integration testing across chat workflows End-to-end testing of AI agent conversational flows AI/chatbot-specific testing, including: Hallucination detection and validation Response accuracy and intent matching Edge case and adversarial input testing Conversation flow integrity and fallback behavior Test automation development and • Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort over time Ensure production readiness and QE sign-off for every release Share Profiles: sujata.k@3shooltech.com Thanks & Regards K.
