Senior Oracle CPQ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle CPQ development, configuration, commerce flows, and integrations with enterprise applications. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, designing scalable CPQ solutions, supporting existing applications, and driving continuous improvements across the CPQ ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Understand sales and quoting processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle CPQ solutions. Design, develop, and implement Oracle CPQ configurations and commerce processes. Build and support complex product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows, and commerce flows. Participate in solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Integrate Oracle CPQ with Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Oracle CPQ application issues. Review existing solutions and recommend improvements focused on performance, scalability, and stability. Support continuous improvement initiatives and enterprise-wide CPQ transformation programs. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with globally distributed teams. Contribute to best practices, technical standards, and solution governance. Required Skills Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience. Strong experience in Oracle CPQ Configuration, BML, Pricing, and Commerce processes. Experience with Oracle CPQ Commerce Flows. Strong programming skills in SQL, Java, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML. Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce, ERP, or other enterprise systems. Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Salesforce CRM integration experience. ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, etc.). Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Heavy Industry domain experience. Agile/Scrum development experience. Experience working with globally distributed teams. Knowledge of enterprise eCommerce platforms. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
