Job Title: ServiceNow BCM Developer / Consultant Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time (Contract with Client) Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days/Week Work from Office) Job Description We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow BCM Developer / Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementation . The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow development skills along with expertise in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment, IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), and Crisis Management. Required Skills 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. Hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation. Strong experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer. Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment, Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR). Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and JSON/XML. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience using JIRA and Confluence. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills ServiceNow BCM Certification. Experience with ServiceNow GRC, Risk, or ITSM modules. Recent experience in BCM implementation or transformation projects.
