End-to-End ServiceNow BCM Implementation Business Continuity Management (BCM) Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Risk Assessment & Crisis Management IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) ServiceNow Development: Integration Skills REST & SOAP APIs Integration Hub MID Server JSON / XML Tools & Methodology Agile / Scrum JIRA Confluence Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow BCM solutions. Implement BCP, BIA, ITDR, and continuity workflows. Develop automation and integrations. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements. Participate in Agile sprints and testing (Unit/UAT). Provide L2/L3 production support. Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
