The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Workday Student object model, Workday Reporting, and RaaS, along with experience in extracting Workday Student data into a Data Warehouse. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of the Workday Student Object Model (record relationships, effective-dating, data grain/granularity) Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Facts, Dimensions, Data Modeling) Experience in Workday Student to Data Warehouse data extraction and reporting Ability to troubleshoot data granularity and reporting issues Preferred: Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB/Core Connectors/APIs) SQL and ETL knowledge Candidates with Workday Student reporting and data warehouse experience are preferred over those with only Workday configuration/implementation experience.
