The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Workday Student object model, Workday Reporting, and RaaS, along with experience in extracting Workday Student data into a Data Warehouse. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge of the Workday Student Object Model (record relationships, effective-dating, data grain/granularity) - Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) - Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Facts, Dimensions, Data Modeling) - Experience in Workday Student to Data Warehouse data extraction and reporting - Ability to troubleshoot data granularity and reporting issues Preferred: - Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB/Core Connectors/APIs) - SQL and ETL knowledge - Candidates with Workday Student reporting and data warehouse experience are preferred over those with only Workday configuration/implementation experience. .
