As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of construction by creating detailed 3D models and leveraging the power of Building Information Modeling software. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural using Revit tool. Prepare layouts based on design and project requirements. Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash-free project delivery. Update, manage, and maintain BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring model accuracy and version control. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements are met. Requirements Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on ACS systems.\ Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
