Service Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Cloud security operations for the cloud environments. You will work closely with the cloud architecture/operations team and cybersecurity team as a trusted liaison. It will be essential for you to continuously maintain knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and security-related research and emerging security tools and trends. In addition, you will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned, which can range from Documentation, Audit, Basics of Budgeting to Service Review. Key Responsibilities: - Manages Cloud security operations for the cloud environments. - Works with the cloud architecture/operations team and cybersecurity team as a trusted liaison. - Continuously maintains knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and security-related research and emerging security tools and trends. - Performs additional duties as assigned that can span from Documentation, Audit, Basics of Budgeting, Service Review. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the field of cloud, infrastructure, and security. - Understanding of cloud fundamentals and cloud security fundamentals. - Knowledge of Cloud Security Solutions - either of CSPM, CASB, IAM(MFA, Conditional Access, etc), Email Security, DMARC, DLP. - Good knowledge of cloud security procedures and implementations. - Proven ability to work effectively with management, staff, vendors, and external consultants. - Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation) and documentation skills.
