About the internship: As a 'Building Design Assessment Consultant Intern' at 7Rater Company, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and STAAD.Pro to assist with various assessment projects. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop your skills and contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable building designs. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Learn to read building plans and identify design improvements 2. Assess plans and drawings 3. Design, edit, drawings, and modelling as instructed by the project leader 4. Create an individual project report 5. Complete the learning modules as instructed 6. Help with report writing, analysis, and recommendations 7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to build your skills 8. Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and guide you You will be asked to perform a visual interpretation of a residential plan as part of the interview process. Only candidates able to complete the assessment will move to the next stage.
