Junior Frontend Engineer

As a UI Developer at 8club, your role will involve building the UI of the mobile app and web platform, ensuring a pixel-perfect, performant, and delightful user experience. Your work is crucial as it directly impacts how users discover events, get invited, and relive their nights out. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain UI components for the 8club mobile app and/or web - Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces - Integrate with backend APIs and handle loading, error, and empty states thoughtfully - Optimize frontend performance including load times, animation smoothness, and core web and mobile vitals - Collaborate with designers to provide feedback on implementability and suggest improvements - Write clean, readable, component-based code with proper documentation Qualifications Required: - 02 years of experience in frontend development - Strong command of cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, native frameworks (Android, iOS), and web frameworks like Next.js - Proficiency in Git and Github - Experience in managing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store Connect - Attention to detail with spacing, transitions, and interaction states - Ability to implement designs accurately from Figma - Understanding of basic mobile and web performance concepts - Portfolio showcasing apps, side projects, or open-source contributions Additional Details: 8club values aesthetics and the visceral experience of going out, aiming to provide a fast, beautiful, and intuitive interface for users.
