About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor IT systems, troubleshoot alerts, and ensure infrastructure availability. 2. Monitor infrastructure, resolve alerts, and support IT operations. 3. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service availability. 4. Monitor IT infrastructure, handle incidents, and escalate critical issues. 5. Track system health, resolve alerts, and support infrastructure operations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset. 5. Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, Networking, Cloud, and Database concepts. 6. Eagerness to learn and build a career in IT Infrastructure Monitoring. 7. Candidates with internship or project experience in Technical Support, NOC, System Administration, or Infrastructure Monitoring will have an added advantage.
