About the role
Key Responsibilities: Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and system health using monitoring tools. Identify, analyze, and respond to alerts and incidents. Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical services. Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution. Participate in a 24×7 rotational shift environment to support business operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Good understanding of Operating Systems, Networking, and Computer Science fundamentals. Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment. A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure Monitoring concepts. Exposure to monitoring or log management tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, or similar tools.
