About the role
You are seeking a hands-on Reltio MDM Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio platform. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage Reltio Data Models, Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, Validation Rules, and Crosswalks. - Develop and support integrations using Reltio APIs, RIH/RIQ, and middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica. - Perform data onboarding, data quality checks, match tuning, and data remediation. - Collaborate with business, data governance, QA, and architecture teams. - Support testing, production issues, and performance optimization. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM Cloud. - Expertise in Data Modeling, Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, and Reltio APIs. - Strong SQL and data analysis skills. - Good understanding of Golden Records, Hierarchies, Crosswalks, and Reference Data. - Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, and CI/CD practices. Preferred Skills: - Healthcare domain experience (Member, Provider, Claims). - Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, or GCP. - Reltio Certification. - Understanding of HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
