Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Technical Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP software solutions to support clients business processes. Day-to-day activities include analyzing client requirements, designing system workflows, and providing technical support to ensure smooth ERP operations. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver best-practice configurations and enhancements. The role also involves creating documentation, training end users, and working with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system optimization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and practical experience with ERP software platforms. Demonstrated skills in technical support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance. Experience in consulting, with the ability to understand client needs, recommend solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations. Understanding of business process analysis, mapping, and optimization within ERP environments. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Agra, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with database concepts, system integrations, and basic scripting or configuration tools is an advantage. Prior experience in ERP implementation or support projects and knowledge of project management practices are beneficial. .
