About the role
Role & responsibilities Responsible for execution of HMX projects including installation, commissioning, and control panel troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on capability in handling control panels along with ensuring timely and quality project execution. Supervise installation and commissioning of HMX machines at site Handle control panel terminations, VFD, PLC settings, and troubleshooting Perform wiring checks, I/O verification, interlocks, and system validation Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution Ensure site readiness, installation, and commissioning as per schedule Identify and resolve technical, electrical, and site-related issues Manage material coordination, site progress, and reporting Ensure proper handover and customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Project Execution: Timely completion as per schedule Technical Capability: Effective control panel troubleshooting and issue resolution Quality: Correct installation with minimal rework Customer Satisfaction: Smooth commissioning and handover Coordination: Effective site and stakeholder management Problem Resolution: Quick closure of electrical and system issues
