Enterprise Platform Product Lead, Governance & Workflow

As a Principal Product Manager Legal Technology, Governance & Workflow Platforms at a leading global investment firm, your role will involve defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platforms. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving workflow automation, process optimization, and platform modernization initiatives. Additionally, you will lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and product execution, while also evaluating and implementing document management, knowledge management, and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platforms - Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams - Drive workflow automation, process optimization, and platform modernization initiatives - Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and product execution - Evaluate and implement document management, knowledge management, and AI-enabled solutions Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Strategy experience - Proven experience owning enterprise technology products end-to-end - Experience building workflow-driven platforms in highly regulated environments - Experience partnering closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or other control functions - Solid understanding of workflow automation, process transformation, document management, knowledge management, or enterprise workflow platforms - Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or Fund Services experience strongly preferred - Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills This role is particularly suitable for product leaders who have expertise in building enterprise platforms supporting Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or operational control functions.
