Structural Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Active HR Plus Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop structural systems, including buildings, bridges, and roads. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Analyze data from various sources, such as sensors and reports, to optimize system performance. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the building industry. Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and construction methods. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant software and technologies, such as CAD and simulation tools.
