As a Junior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online learning platform by focusing on learner-centric tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing learners, resolving their day-to-day queries, facilitating their onboarding process, and maintaining accurate attendance data. Key Responsibilities: Manage the learner experience on AAFT Online, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding process for new learners, providing guidance and support as they navigate the platform. Monitor and track learner attendance, ensuring compliance with program requirements and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learner concerns and enhance the overall learning experience. Analyze learner feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online education to continuously enhance program effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelors degree from any relevant field. Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech industry. Strong understanding of learner-centric principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in learning management systems and related software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
