About the role
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer with RF at Aaizel Tech, a leading technology company focused on innovative embedded solutions, you will be a valuable member of the R&D team. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying embedded systems for cutting-edge products, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop production-grade firmware for STM32 (WL/H/L/F series) with features like AES-128/256 encryption, secure key handling, and data integrity checks (SHA/CRC). - Build firmware for LoRa PHY/MAC, focusing on long-range telemetry and robust packet handling. - Handle sensor data acquisition & processing, implement UART/SPI/I2C/ADC/DMA drivers using HAL/LL or register-level coding. - Develop communication stacks including RS485/Modbus RTU, RS232, MQTT, TCP/IP, and UDP. - Utilize FreeRTOS for multitasking & low-power firmware, implement bootloaders, OTA update flows, and firmware versioning. - Debug firmware using SWD/JTAG, logic analyzer, DSO traces, and optimize code for performance, low power, and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 46 years of experience in embedded firmware development. - Proficiency in Embedded C, STM32CubeIDE, HAL/LL drivers, and experience in implementing secure communication (AES-128/256, SHA). - Hands-on experience with LoRa/FSK, packet framing, and RF-side debugging. - Good understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS), queues, tasks, ISRs, and industrial communication protocols like RS485/Modbus, RS232. - Knowledge of data protocols such as MQTT, TCP/IP, and UDP, with the ability to independently debug firmware issues. - Basic understanding of PCB/Hardware for firmware-hardware interaction debugging. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in low-power embedded systems design. - Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux environments. - Previous exposure to startup or R&D-driven environments would be advantageous. If you are passionate about embedded systems and eager to contribute to next-generation technologies, please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to hr@aaizeltech.com and smriti@aaizeltech.com. Join us at Aaizel Tech for a competitive salary, a collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and engaging projects that will challenge your technical expertise.
