Product Manager

As a Software Solutions Developer at our company, your primary role will be to develop software solutions that enhance the learning and teaching experiences for students, parents, and teachers both inside and outside the classroom. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ideation and detailed product definition for features and product offerings. - Own the business requirements document, product requirements documents, and acceptance criteria for all features. - Develop a roadmap for our product offerings across all assigned scope of products. - Conduct user research, usability studies, and maintain ongoing user interaction to refine product ideas. - Implement a framework for Prioritization to maximize business impact and user satisfaction. - Balance between continuous improvements and new feature additions effectively. - Plan and execute streamlined rollout of releases, including user communication, training, and feedback collection. - Monitor all feedback channels and incorporate appropriate actions based on feedback. - Make decisions on the end of life for features. - Demonstrate a radical thinking approach with a strong focus on execution and outcome orientation. - Possess design abilities and empathize with the consumer point of view to deliver great design and consumer experiences. - Utilize technical knowledge and understanding of the latest technology to develop next-generation tech-led products and earn respect from Engineers. Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer/b2b internet product management. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. - Active involvement in Sprints. - Strong commitment to continuous learning and openness to various learning opportunities. - Prior experience in shipping products/features across platforms such as iOS, Android, and web. Skills: - Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Demonstrated ownership and accountability attitude. - Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
