- Job Description Plumbing Engineer (1 -5 Years Experience) Company: Aakriti Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 1-5 Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Plumbing Engineering About the Role We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Engineer to manage plumbing design, execution, coordination, and quality for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in MEP/plumbing systems and must independently handle drawings, site coordination, and inspections. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed plumbing designs water supply, drainage, stormwater, STP/UGT/OHT layouts. Develop construction drawings, schematics & BOQs using AutoCAD / Revit MEP . Perform hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, pipe sizing, and pressure calculations. Ensure all plumbing designs adhere to IS codes, NBC norms, and local authority guidelines . Coordinate plumbing services with electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting & architectural teams. Conduct regular site visits to verify installation quality as per approved drawings. Resolve technical issues, respond to RFIs, and support project teams during execution. Recommend plumbing materials, fixtures, valves, pumps, and equipment. Review contractor work, check vendor submissions, and ensure compliance. Required Skills Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office . Good understanding of plumbing codes such as IS Codes, NBC 2016, IPC/UPC . Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Strong coordination, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of green building systems, rainwater harvesting, water conservation methods. Familiarity with BIM tools / Navisworks for clash detection. Certification in MEP/Plumbing Design (added advantage). Salary Best in the industry, based on experience and skillset. 2. Job Description Electrical Engineer (3-7 Years Experience) Company: Aakriti Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 25 Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering About the Role We are hiring a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical design, installation, and site execution for high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of electrical layouts, load calculations, safety standards, and coordination with other services. Key Responsibilities Prepare electrical layouts including LT/HT systems, lighting, power, earthing, ELV, and panel schedules. Perform load calculations, cable sizing, transformer/DB selection, and breaker selection. Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation. Ensure compliance with IS standards, electrical safety codes, and local authority regulations . Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and architectural teams for MEP integration. Monitor site execution, conduct inspections, and verify installation as per approved drawings. Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions to the project team. Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and ensure quality standards. Participate in design review meetings and provide engineering support during construction. Required Skills Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical calculations, MS Office . Good understanding of IS codes, electrical load norms, safety standards . Practical experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects. Strong coordination ability across multiple MEP services. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Networking). Experience with DG systems, UPS, transformers & panel design. Familiarity with BIM/MEP coordination tools.
