As a Programmer cum IT & AI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and platforms. Your expertise will be utilized in software development, system administration, IT infrastructure management, and AI-based automation to optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications in PHP and other programming languages. - Utilize and implement AI tools for automation, content generation, research, data analysis, and business process optimization. - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems like Windows, Windows Server 2022, and related environments. - Manage website development, hosting, databases, and server-related activities. - Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and system-related issues. - Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions. - Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve office efficiency. - Provide technical support and training to staff when required. - Ensure data security, backup management, and system reliability. - Maintain documentation of systems, software, and IT assets. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent qualification. - Strong knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity, Cursor, Codex, and other emerging platforms. - Proficiency in PHP and working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar technologies. - Experience in website development, databases, APIs, and software integration. - Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server 2022 installation and administration. - Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office and other software applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. - Good communication and documentation skills.
