Salesforce Developer

Job Role : Salesforce Developer Job Location : Noida, Hybrid Shift Timings : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST JOB PURPOSE / ROLE AAPC is looking for a full-time Salesforce Admin/Developer to work with the Salesforce team and business users to develop, administer, and support Salesforce solutions. This role will include object model improvements, security model updates, workflow automation, UI/UX enhancements, configuration maintenance, process improvements, and support for existing and future Salesforce integrations. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Result Areas / Responsibilities & Accountabilities Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Support Salesforce object model, security model, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations as needed. Analyse existing Salesforce processes and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments. Collaborate with business users, QA, and development teams throughout the software development life cycle. Follow Salesforce best practices for configuration, development, testing, and documentation. Minimum Qualifications and Education: Technical Graduate (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) No. of Years Work Experience: Relevant: 2 to 4 years Skills Sets required / Specialized knowledge required: Apex, SOQL, SOSL. Lightning Web Components. Salesforce Flows and automation tools. Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules. Salesforce data model and object relationships. REST/SOAP API integration knowledge. Deployment tools such as Change Sets, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, or Git. Debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce issues. Good written and verbal communication skills are required, as the role involves regular interaction with US stakeholders.
