Engineer II - UI Developer

As a UI Application Developer, your role involves designing and developing user interfaces for eCommerce applications to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces. Your responsibilities include: - Writing clean, maintainable code using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.Js. - Utilizing tools like Webpack and Babel for efficient code management and compatibility through module bundling and transpilation. - Optimizing web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability by implementing effective code optimization techniques. - Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to enhance overall usability, iterating on UI designs for improved user experience. - Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to elevate the quality of applications continuously. - Exploring and adopting new technologies to integrate into applications while adhering to coding standards. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 5-8 years of experience as a UI application developer, with proficiency in JavaScript UI frameworks like React.Js and experience with front-end development tools such as NPM, Webpack, and Babel. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is advantageous.
