About the role
As a Finacle System Analyst specializing in the Loans and CASA modules, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the Infosys Finacle core banking solution. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Finacle Loans, you will lead projects, mentor junior team members, and manage complex design and troubleshooting tasks independently. - Requirements Gathering & Analysis: - Engage with business units, risk, and legal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new loan products or enhancements. - Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents). - Solution Design: - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Finacle Loans module. - Map business processes to Finacle functionalities, design workflows, and recommend system configurations/customizations. - System Configuration & Implementation: - Configure Finacle Loans and CASA for new schemes, interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral management, and fee structures. - Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and operational guidelines. - Testing & Quality Assurance: - Design and execute test cases for unit, SIT, and UAT phases. - Lead UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and readiness for go-live. - Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary liaison between business and technical/implementation teams. - Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and resolve functional/technical issues. - Documentation & Training: - Prepare comprehensive documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and training guides. - Conduct end-user training for new functionalities. - Support & Maintenance: - Provide post-implementation support for production issues, system upgrades, and change requests. - Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLAs. In terms of technical skills, you should have expertise in: - Finacle Loans and CASA modules - Business analysis - Core banking systems - Database proficiency in SQL - Testing tools like Jira and Confluence Your soft skills should include excellent communication, analytical abilities, teamwork, leadership, and a strategic mindset. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with Infosys Finacle, a track record in end-to-end loan lifecycle management within Finacle, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
