About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in the field, preferably with a background in Chemical, Oil and Gas, or Petrochemical industries. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. Prepare and submit reports on project status and progress. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech). Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in Chemical, Oil and Gas, or Petrochemical industries. Possess strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
