About the role
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in the solar industry, specifically in ground mount projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. This position is based in Mysore, Karnataka. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop electrical systems for solar projects, including power distribution and transmission lines. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve project efficiency. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship. Analyze data from various sources to optimize system performance and reduce costs. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in designing and developing electrical systems for solar projects. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
