Production Engineer-Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end electrical wiring and control panel manufacturing activities. This includes supervising control panel production, assembly, and shop floor operations. Your role will involve planning and coordinating daily production activities to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematic diagrams for production execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end electrical wiring and control panel manufacturing activities. - Supervise control panel production, assembly, and shop floor operations. - Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely delivery. - Interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematic diagrams for production execution. - Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase teams for smooth workflow. - Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines. - Support testing, inspection, and final dispatch of control panels. - Monitor shop floor activities and ensure efficient manpower utilization. - Troubleshoot production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain production documentation and reporting as required.
