About the role
7 years of PEGA experience is a must. Must be CLSA Part 2/3 Certified Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Required Skills: Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from inception. Must have experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions. Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective. Robust experience in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (eg, solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans) Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (eg, architecture reviews) Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate, mentor, and lead other team members.
