Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end design & development of scalable software solutions in payments/banking domain Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to SDLC & Agile methodologies Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery Drive innovation using cloud technologies and microservices architecture Ensure compliance with payment processing standards and regulatory requirements Preferred candidate profile 12 -15 years of experience in software development Strong hands-on expertise in Java/C#/Python Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Payments domain Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, Git, Cloud & Microservices Strong leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
