InHouse Architect

As an In-House Architect at Abans Realty & Infrastructure, your role will involve managing the design, planning, execution, and coordination of various architectural projects across the Abans Group portfolio. You will oversee commercial office developments, residential properties, interior fit-outs, renovations, hospitality projects, and infrastructure developments while ensuring quality, functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. - Prepare design presentations, space planning, and project proposals. - Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, civil engineers, interior designers, and project teams. - Monitor project progress from concept to completion. - Lead office fit-out, workspace planning, renovation, and refurbishment projects. - Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, and safety requirements. - Assist in project budgeting, BOQ reviews, and cost optimization. - Recommend value engineering opportunities without compromising design quality. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. - Registered Architect preferred. - 510 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or project execution. - Experience in commercial offices, residential projects, hospitality, and interior fit-outs. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation software. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural and design-related activities for corporate offices, commercial real estate projects, residential properties, office interior fit-outs, hospitality projects, infrastructure development projects, and refurbishment projects across group locations. Mumbai-based candidates are preferred with flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
