Data Analytics & BI Specialist / Demand Planning App Developer

As a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, you will join the analytics team within the Robotics & Discrete Automation Division. Your role will involve utilizing tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for data management and visualization, contributing to digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Build and automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes. - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making. - Support data modeling and querying activities within Snowflake to ensure robust and efficient data management. - Assist in developing interactive data applications using Streamlit and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable solutions. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all BI solutions and related systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. - 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields. - Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for developing low-code/no-code workflow solutions. - Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices. - Practical experience with Snowflake, covering SQL querying, schema design, and data pipeline development. - Exposure to Streamlit for building interactive Python-based dashboards and analytical applications. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
