Write the next chapter of your ABB story.: This position reports to: R&D; Unit Lead Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a technical expert for a specific product or system or its components. Each day, you will act as the primary contact in Research and Development (R&D;) for (market-facing) Product Management and will support them on product-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by driving the technical direction of development (e.g. acting as product owner in an agile team) and by organizing product maintenance. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: - Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and the development team, ensuring the seamless articulation and implementation of the product vision. - Analyze system requirements, translating them into transparent Epics, Features, and User Stories for agile development teams. - Own and manage the team backlog, prioritizing tasks, scheduling sprints, and defining acceptance criteria to ensure smooth progress. - Collaborate with the Product Manager, Release Owner, Architect, and other key stakeholders to deliver successful product releases. - Work hands-on with the development team, helping them understand complex requirements and driving the successful delivery of features.
