Senior Software Engineer AI Platform

Technical Leadership & Innovation: Implement and optimize key components of our AI platform infrastructure Contribute to technical decisions for platform scalability and reliability Lead implementation of platform features and improvements Develop infrastructure components for ML model deployment Build monitoring and observability solutions Create automation for platform operations Team & Project Leadership: Lead technical implementation of platform features Provide technical guidance to team members Participate in architectural discussions and decisions Review code and technical designs Support adoption of engineering best practices Contribute to technical documentation and standards Infrastructure & Scale: Implement and maintain data pipelines for ML workloads Build monitoring and alerting systems Optimize resource utilization and performance Support production ML systems reliability Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of software engineering experience Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms Track record of building production infrastructure Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud services Solid programming skills in Python and system languages Experience with container orchestration and DevOps practices Understanding of ML infrastructure requirements Experience with monitoring and observability tools Leadership & Communication: Experience leading technical implementations Ability to contribute to technical decisions Strong collaboration and communication skills Track record of successful project delivery This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure problems while growing technical and leadership skills.
