Qualification : M.E/M.Tech/B.E/B.tech/Diploma (EE) Experience in Wiring Harness Experience in Wiring Harness Roles and Responsibility Design and develop wiring harnesses for automotive and industrial applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wiring harnesses with other components. Conduct testing and validation of wiring harnesses to ensure quality and reliability. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and simulation. Experience with wiring harness design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
