About the role
Project Manager Civil Exp 10+ Years Industry - Real Estate Development & Hospitality Location: Gurugram HR / Yamuna Nagar Job Objective: To plan and execute project construction within budget, timelines and quality through all stages of construction . This includes coordinating with other team members and third-party contractors/consultants. Ensure Project Delivery in given Budget, Timelines and scope. Role & responsibilities: 1. Sound experience and expertise in High Rise Group Housing Projects or Hospitality Project execution and Service delivery in High rise residential developments 2. Manage Projects in Terms of Feasibility, Planning, Scheduling, Costing, Budgeting, Contracting and Constructions Management 3. Sound expertise in MIVAN Formwork shuttering and project finishing work for Interior and exterior developments. 4. Project Execution from Excavation- Piling Work Structure, Tower-Crane, Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, STP-WTP, and Project Finishing. 5. Shall have prior experiences in execution of G+25 or G +30 storied high rise residential projects 6. Inspecting site to evaluate conditions and accordingly organize execution. 7. Engaging with contractors/Sub contractors on assigned works. 8. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. 9. Monitoring and controlling site execution team for civil and finishing works. 10. Contract administration along with coordination with consultants and resolving queries of vendors/consultants. 11. Following quality guidelines for execution and supplied materials. 12. Material management at site and checking of quality as per specifications. 13. Reporting and documentation related to project execution. 14. Preparing of daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS 15. Verifying vendor/ contractors bills. 16. Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and provide timely inputs/ 17. Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 18. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. 19. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. 20. Track project milestones and deliverables. 21. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors , and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work 22. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10+ years of work experience 2. Should have End to end finished - Highrise Residential/ Commercial/ Hotel Project 3. Organizing skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget. 4. Practical knowledge of application of engineering science and technology. 5. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. 6. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities 7.
