About the role
Role & responsibilities Lead integration of multi-disciplinary project components across design, construction, and digital platforms Ensure seamless data exchange between BIM, IDDP, GIS, ERP, and other enterprise systems Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align workflows and integration touchpoints Define and implement integration strategies, standards, and protocols for project delivery Monitor integration performance, resolve interface issues, and ensure system interoperability Map project scope, cost, schedule, and design data into a unified digital platform for real-time visibility Conduct impact analysis of scope changes and update integrated systems accordingly Manage vendor/partner coordination for API, middleware, and platform integrations Prepare integration documentation, interface control records, and system architecture guidelines Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership on integration progress and risks Train and mentor project teams on integration tools, processes, and best practices Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and contractual obligations across all integrated systems
