ABRA GROUP We're hiring: Civil Site Engineer Department: Construction / Site Operations | Reports to: Project Manager / Site In-Charge | Employment Type: Full-time Experience Qualification Location 0- 2 years Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) Project Site (travel required) Role Overview Abra Group is looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality and compliance with approved plans, coordinate site resources, and support business growth by identifying suitable sites for upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Execution Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications. Coordination Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution. Quality Control Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship. Reporting & Maintain daily site reports, track project progress, and update project records and information in the company system. Documentation Resource Management Safety & Compliance Client Relations Manage manpower, materials, and equipment required at the site. Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations. Handle customer site visits and provide updates on project status. Business Development Search for and identify suitable sites/locations for upcoming projects and business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 0 - 2 years of relevant site experience ¢ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards ¢ Proficient in reading drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management software ¢ Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills ¢ Willingness to travel for site visits and location surveys Abra Group | This job description is intended for circulation to prospective candidates.
