Cyber Security Test Engineer | JPC - 48708

Technical Experience: Strong programming experience in Python, Bash, C, and/or C++. Hands-on experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and offensive/defensive security methodologies. Experience with security tools such as Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite, AFL, Peach, or similar. Knowledge of secure SDLC practices, vulnerability analysis, and exploit development concepts. Experience with Linux systems and virtualized environments (VMware preferred). Familiarity with software development tools for source control, requirements management, and defect tracking. Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other compliance-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CEH, or equivalent. Experience with FDA, HIPAA, ISO 13485, or similar regulatory frameworks. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
