Mechanical Design Engineer | JPC - 48564

Required Skills: Mechanical Design Engineer to work on the concept through to production of electro-mechanical assemblies, sheetmetal/aluminum parts and machine parts. Candidate will be working on the design and analysis for avionic components for military aircraft. Candidate must have experience in performing thermal and CFD calculations using softwares such FloTherm, FloEFD, etc… Must have experience in designing tight electronic enclosures (stuffing 20 lbs of potatoes into a 5 lb box as the saying goes). Must be able to work with manufacturing on testing of enclosures as well. Candidate must have either a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Must have 6+ years of experience. ProE Creo highly preferred, manager may look at Solidworks. Any previous military electronics or Avionics experience is a plus.
