Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of server system administration experience. Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. Experience with scripting and automation tools using powershell/automox A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies and plans. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols. Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.

Preferred Skills: Certifications in relevant fields, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
