Senior Systems / Data Analyst (Planisware, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot) | JPC - 48235

Required Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field preferred 5 - 8 years of experience in a systems, data, or business analyst role; experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry (including Pharma or Lens Care) is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (site design and administration), Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL working knowledge preferred Proven experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards in Power BI Hands-on Planisware experience (or other PPM enterprise system) as a system administrator or power user required; prior experience configuring and maintaining the platform in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment strongly preferred Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; high precision in data verification; proven ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based recommendations Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple shifting priorities from planning through delivery with demonstrated success in problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills; demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at multiple levels of the organization. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across global time zones. Lean or process improvement mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a dynamic, global environment Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an asset; experience working in GxP-regulated environments or with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements is a strong differentiator
