As a Product Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire product stack, which includes multiple android applications and backend modules. Your responsibilities will include enhancing each of them by incorporating innovation and staying updated with the latest market trends. You will also be responsible for bridging the gap between the tech team and non-tech team (operations, support, finance, etc.), creating automation, and improving efficiency within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the entire product stack, including android applications and backend modules. - Enhance products by bringing in innovation and staying updated with market trends. - Bridge the gap between the tech team and non-tech team. - Create automation and improve efficiency. - Develop detailed user stories and product principles through discussions with relevant owners and team members. - Collaborate with the Project Management team to assign tasks to the 50-member tech team and set deadlines. - Work with the UI-UX team to ensure wireframing and visual prototypes are captured for storyboard approval. - Drive product launches and coordinate with the operations team for knowledge transfer and training. - Gain a deep understanding of the company's business verticals to build a robust product line. Qualification Required: - Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager. - Demonstrated track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle. - Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be hands-on. - Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Education qualification from a premier institute is preferred.
