About the role
Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks Monitor system performance and ensure the security and availability of systems and data Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to ensure seamless operation Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in server management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in server administration Strong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Experience with network infrastructure and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: 25,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Morning shift Experience: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person .
