Golang/Python Developer

Role: Senior Software Engineer – Go Lang / Python Experience: 3–5 years Roles & Responsibilities Must have 3+ years of hands-on project experience in backend development. Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and technical leads to understand requirements and convert designs into scalable, production-ready code. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to code quality standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD processes . Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements. Work in an agile environment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Required Skillset Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills (MUST HAVE) Backend Go Lang (Golang) – Core packages, concurrency (goroutines, channels), microservices development. Python – REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI/Django, scripting, backend logic.
