Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying blockchain-based solutions, particularly in the asset management or financial servicesindustry Strong understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake) and their implications for digital asset management. Expertise in blockchain technologies, including but not limited to Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain Experience in complex data environments, enterprise architecture, master data management, and data integration Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences Strong collaboration skills, capable of building cross-functional partnerships at all levels
