Discover the Role As a Global Solution Architect within Accounting & Tax, your role is to shape and deliver highquality solutions that address client requirements while staying aligned with TMFs tools, processes, and delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define and understand business requirements of clients and prospectsSupport sales team during meetings and calls with global clients to discuss, define and explain scope, do demos, and promote TMF and its Accounting and Tax servicesSolution definition, design and specification, including scope definition, delivery method, process mapping, understanding of systems and system interfaces, client coordination requirements, and implementation expectationsIdentify the appropriate tools required to deliver the solution:Challenge, validation and support of solutions/design proposedMonitoring quality of developmentsTesting & acceptance of deliverablesProvide information on compliance challenges and recommendations to mitigate risksPrepare the relevant solution documentation: solution for bid, solution overview, scope description, process mapsAssist in proposal preparation ensuring proper, accurate and complete content and scope are includedContribute to the contract development by ensuring that the correct scope is included in the contract, attend client conversations to explain and clarify the scope of workReporting, escalation of concerns and issuesClient discovery, including due diligence investigation, workshops, and documentationCreate feeds for the cost model, review cost model, provide feedback on the price book; ensure that pricing aligns with the agreed scopeContribute to the development of Accounting and Tax collaterals identifying unique selling points and value propositionContribute to the development of the Accounting and Tax service offeringContribute to Accounting & Tax marketing campaigns Key Requirements A minimum of 7 years experience in a relevant environmentIdeally 7+ years working in A&T in a client-facing environment, with a good track record of delivering against client requests.Ideally 7+ years of experience in or exposed to an operations related environment, with a proven ability to deliver cost effective solutions and service designSolid industry-based Accounting and Tax knowledge and requirements analysis skillsStrong analytical and effective problem-solving skillsSelf-organization / time management:Organized to execute tasks within the defined timeframe,Delivers outstanding work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload,Pays attention to detail and delivers high quality work products.Communication skills: presents and communicates effectively both externally (to client finance leadership) and internally (to multiple stakeholders)Having the ability to articulate the A&T value propositions to the client from a commercial angleFluency in EnglishProficient in Accounting & Tax knowledge and servicesProfessional project management training is a plus Whats in it for you Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work.We provide internal career opportunities, so you can take your career further within TMF.Continuous development is supported through global learning opportunities from the TMF Business Academy.
